EMC Ltd are pleased to be starting an 8 month ‘new build’ project in North London.

Our team of builders, plumbers, carpenters & roofers will be based on site in London for the duration of the project, which will include:

Building of a period house in a conservation area

Double Garage Rebuild – Oadby, Leicester

Today EMC builders of Leicester are pleased to have completed another project. Due to subsidence there was a need to demolish and pile this attached double garage, in Oadby, Leicester. The job has been nicely finished by a cut roof.

EMC Builders Leicester – Awarded CHAS Accreditation

Last month we were awarded the status of CHAS accredited contractor.

CHAS is a Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS). It is dedicated to completing health and safety pre-qualification assessments to a nationally recognised and accepted threshold standard in the building and construction industry.

As a general building firm, CHAS accreditation is essential for EMC. It displays credibilty and offers assurance to all of our customers that attention to detail and procedure are highly regarded by us as builders.
